Josh helped me out a few months ago when my springs broke. Speedy service, did a great job, and also repaired some things a previous person had done poorly. Today, he came out again to fix my garage door opener that ripped out of the wall! Again.. he fixed someone else’s (my husband) mistake. Thanks Josh!

My garage door broke midway open and askew on a super cold and windy night. I found Josh with Friendly Garage Door Guy through NextDoor and called him at 850 p.m. He was on site by 9:30 p.m. troubleshooting the issue. He performed a partial fix to close and lock the door safely for the night, then came back out the next day to install a new opener and address the root cause of my broken cable.

Super friendly guy. Prices are very reasonable, surely better than you'll find at big-name companies. I highly recommend this guy. He will definitely be my one-stop shop for all garage door stuff moving forward!

Josh answered the phone on the first ring and then came over the same day to look at the issue. He showed up right on time and explained what repairs were absolutely required to get the door operational.

He made some zero-pressure suggestions for repairs that would dramatically improve the functionality and lifespan of my door. I had Josh, the Friendly Garage Guy, over to replace my garage door springs after one snapped. As the name suggests, he was very friendly, as well as honest and thorough. I’ve never had major garage door issues, so I know nothing about it. Josh kindly entertained my many questions about maintenance and how it works.

While he was there, at my request, he replaced the door rollers and cables (one was very rusted). Not only is the spring issue fixed, but my garage door is much quieter now, as well.
